Digitizing you!

The goal of the digitizing workshop is to digitize the behavior of top managers. It is meant for successful managers who understand why they have been successful in the past, who also understand things have to change in the future, and who realize they have to make decisions about topics they do not encounter on a daily basis.

In this workshop we work with very small groups (1 - 4 people). In a couple of short sessions, and some short homework assignments, we start taking on a digital lifestyle. The focus is on personal behavioral changes. Preceding the workshop will be a personal intake, preferably including interviews with directly involved people like partners, secretaries, and colleagues. Taking into account the busy schedules of the participants, the workshop consists of many short sessions which can be filled in flexibly.

During these sessions you have the opportunity to talk, as I won’t say a lot. .. silence dominates… It might sound weird, but I have discovered that only true presence brings you back to your inner child, your extremely creative pearl that also lies within YOU, capable of bringing you happiness, health and success you can’t even imagine. I’m just there with you while you are on your journey.
