What we first saw as ‘websites’ or ‘portals’, we’re more and more seeing as complete companies, with a customer service. Those companies add value to people’s lives. People pay for that. And with this you pay, amongst others, for customer service. This is how we see that nothing is really free. But that adding something to people’s lives has value, and which people want to pay for.
