Microsoft has filed a patent based on sensors that automatically monitor a user's need for automated or non-automated assistance. These sensors can detect at least one of heart rate, galvanic skin response, EMG, brain signals, respiration rate, body temperature, movement, facial movements, facial expressions, and blood pressure.
